Services Include:

· Complimentary initial consultation 
· Unlimited professional advice and guidance via phone and email once contract is initiated
· Provide a detailed wedding checklist and maintain schedules for all meetings, placing orders, tastings, etc.
· Create an extensive wedding day timeline/itinerary 
· Obtain final headcount from couple to work with vendor’s needs
· Create an inspiration board based on couple’s style and vision
· Work with couple to clearly define budget 
· Provide online spreadsheet for tracking and organizing 
· Arrange and attend all venue site visits
· Create seating plan and develop room layout for ceremony and reception
· Arrange and attend all vendor meetings

· Per request, arrange hotel room block agreement for out of town guests
· Per request, schedule group transportation for guests
· Arrange and coordinate wedding rehearsal 
· Complete wedding day coordination including setup/breakdown 
· Oversee vendor setup of ceremony and reception space
· Point of contact for all vendors (questions, approving deliveries, etc.)
· Attend sound check with DJ/musicians 
· Set up décor, including seating cards, menus, favors, sign-in book, gifts, etc.
· Lead and execute reception events (grand entrance, first dance, dinner, parent dances, cake cutting, etc.
· Collect personal items and gifts to ensure they’re in the couple’s room or vehicle and ready for the end of the night
